Refund policy
At Sofiia Flowers, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality service and products. Please review our policy for cancellations, returns, and refunds to ensure a smooth experience.
Cancellations
• You may cancel your order up to 1 day prior to the scheduled shipping date.
• Once your order is en route or has been delivered, we are unable to process cancellations.
• Orders with same-day delivery cannot be canceled.
Returns
• We kindly ask that you inspect your floral arrangement upon receipt. If there are any issues, you may return the flower box to our design studio within 4 hours of delivery.
• We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund for the returned item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
• Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (fresh flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
• If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
• Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at sofiiaflowers@gmail.com
